Update: Looks like I found the fix, credit goes to Ramesh's Troubleshooting Windows blog.
Looks like my work notebook is getting some WMI installation errors with our FX Engagement update. I was hoping to hold off on reformatting my machine, as I'm getting a new one this summer. This may expedite the process. While windows has a WMI utility to repair this issue, just looking at the support documentation, the time spent may be the same as a reformat and reinstall. I will post later on the progress.
